Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager will provide strategic human resource leadership to this non-union manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on to effectively create, translate, and implement business strategy into the organization.
The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and programs including the following:
- Employee realtions
- Talent acquisition and retention
- Employee development
- Change management and culture development
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Succession planning / talent management
- Leadership and team development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM certifications a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and state/ federal employment laws
- Ability to align people, processes, and practices with business objectives
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
- Strong record of driving organizational change, delivering results, and high performance
